Ermaksan has officially introduced RANGER, a gantry-type fiber laser cutting machine purpose-built for large sheet processing and long part production. Available in standard working lengths of 12 m, 14 m, and 26 m — with custom builds extending beyond 26 m — RANGER allows manufacturers to scale the working area to match real production requirements, without compromising precision, stability, or throughput.
Long-Span Stability at Full Length
RANGER's rigid gantry architecture is engineered to maintain stable motion across long travel lengths, supporting consistent cutting performance on oversized sheets and extra-long workpieces. Built on a modular platform, the machine can be configured at 12 m, 14 m, and 26 m — and beyond — to match each customer's specific production environment.
Bevel and 3D Cutting Options
For welding preparation and structural fabrication workflows, RANGER offers two optional cutting head configurations. The bevel cutting head supports cuts up to 45°, delivering fabrication-ready edges and reducing manual downstream preparation. For advanced 3D applications, the 5-axis cutting head provides full 360° rotation capability, expanding flexibility for complex geometries and multi-angle cutting strategies.
Scalable Throughput with Dual Configurations
When throughput requirements increase, RANGER can be specified with a dual-head option to expand cutting capacity on a single platform. For operations requiring parallel processing, the double bridge / dual enclosure option enables separate working zones for task segmentation or efficient processing of larger materials.
Cleaner, More Stable Operation
RANGER comes standard with continuous scrap removal conveyors and an integrated fume extraction system, supporting stable process conditions, a cleaner working environment, and improved workplace comfort across long production runs.
