In addition to operator-friendly systems in the new generation Ermaksan fiber laser cutting machines, the camera-based laser beam centering adjustment system enables the operators to adjust the laser center effortlessly when needed.
Laser center adjustment camera is installed into the interior of machine and this feature is activated by pressing to a single button on the new operator panel. The cutting head moves over the camera and enables the infrared laser to pass through the optics to appear as a targeting system on the operator panel. After this preparation, the operator will see the central adjustment by turning the central adjustment bolts and seeing the position of the laser on the screen, instead of applying the powder used in conventional methods and then sticking paper tape.
Earning against this competition from dusting is not only preventing contamination but also regaining the time lost during this process. Additionally; this adjustment made with a sensitive camera allows a more accurate and safe adjustment of a beam that is not visible to the eye.
In addition to the add-on system, with the motorized automatic center adjustment system, which can be an option for new types of machines, the operator can also adjust the opening center setting with only one button. The motorized system differs from the only camera system in that it enables the adjustment of the center with the motors connected to the system without requiring any intervention from the operator. It determines the position of the motorized system and ensures that it is in the center of the nozzle. As in all other Ermaksan fiber laser machines, all software in this system is written and developed by Ermaksan engineers.
