University rector tours Ermaksan facility
Rector of Sivas University of Science and Technology Prof. Dr. Mehmet KUL and the accompanying delegation visited our manufacturing plant. They inspected their metal 3D additive manufacturing machines during the production process which they purchased for the university to develop the technology.
At Ermaksan, they toured the company’s laser systems manufacturing center as well as its Optoelectronic R&D center. During the visit, Ermaksan President Mr. Erol Ozkayan and General Manager Mr. Ahmet Ozkayan gave information about the Ermaksan’s high-tech solutions, such as additive manufacturing technology, laser sytems, laser sources, diodes, FBG sensors and servo brakes. The delegation was extremely impressed, especially with Ermaksan’s work in Industry 4.0 and CNC solutions along with our automation and software technologies, including those we’re using in our own plant.
